Easy and yummy - my kids love these for lunch!
Dairy / soya / nut free (with egg free alternative)

Best fresh, not suitable for freezing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice bread (dairy & soya free)
- 1/4 can tuna
- 1 tsp dairy free plain yoghurt
- Grated dairy free cheese
- Beaten egg (or melted dairy free butter)
METHOD
Remove the crusts from the bread and flatten with a rolling pin until thin
Mix the tuna with the yoghurt then spread over the bread and sprinkle over the cheese. Be careful not to add too much or it won't roll up properly
Roll up tightly lengthways then brush all over with the beaten egg & seal the join
Heat up a dry frying pan on a low - medium hear then add the roll-up. Cook for 2 mins on all sides until lightly golden
Remove and cut into 6 pieces
