I'm here to make your dairy free journey a little less stressful.

 

My simple, no-fuss recipes will ensure you can feed your family a delicious, varied and nutritious diet without cow's milk. Suitable for everyone from small children to adults, so you'll only need to cook once, and importantly no-one feels like they're missing out.

Inspired by my children's Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA), I share information, tips and advice on everything from products and alternatives, nutrition, weaning and how to navigate everyday life as an allergy parent.
